Also, teachers are the driving force of school development and a team of teachers with ‘ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge and benevolence’ is the key to a high quality school. 

First and foremost, our school attaches particular importance to the training of high-quality professional teachers. In fact, each semester, the teaching and research exchanges from both the east and west campuses, ‘Blue Project’, ‘Top Teachers’ Open Classes’ and other activities allow groups of teachers to learn and grow in the teaching demonstration. 

To be concrete, this semester's ‘Top Teachers’ Lesson Demonstration’ activity has successfully come to an end on 25th November, during which almost each classroom was filled with teachers who studied with an open mind. The open classes offered by famous teachers in Anqing Foreign Language School were all wonderful with original and fascinating teaching introduction, instructing and meaningful language, gentle teaching style as well as clear and rigorous teaching thoughts. Furthermore, in the two weeks of attending lectures, the teachers also benefited a lot. For example, the after-class communication and detailed notes of the lecture let us all marvel at the diversity of classroom teaching forms, ingenious teaching methods and outstanding teaching results of the top teachers. Moreover, the lectures inspired the teachers to apply what they had learned to their own classes, which is the original intention of the school to promote this activity.

In conclusion, General Secretary Xi Jinping was once quoted as saying, ‘having a good teacher is the luck of life. In addition, it is the glory of a school to have good teachers, and the hope of a nation to have good teachers constantly emerging.’ Thus, it’s hoped that every teacher is just like the stars in the night sky, small but bright. What’s more, if we want to be a child's luck, the glory of the school and the hope of the nation, then we have to keep learning and enriching ourselves. After all, the career of a teacher may seem mundane, yet it has a profound impact.
